IN CHARACTER
NAME: Esmeray Şahin. Will answer to Esme and similar diminutives. Those closest to her, including some of her Selûnite sisters, affectionately call her Aysel.
CANON: Original character, the world is D&D's Forgotten Realms.
AGE: 25 but it can vary depending on the timeline.
BRIEF BIO: The cleric of a goddess of the moon and stars, Esmeray is Selûne's guiding light made real. She has vowed to venture into hopeless places, to face her world's worst horrors — to find a way to love and protect that world anyway. She's equal parts battlefield medic and intrepid adventurer.
CLERIC NOTE: Esmeray is from a world where gods are demonstrably real. Her faith is personal, and her thoughts on the pantheon as a whole complicated. She's not the sort to proselytize, or push anything onto your character, save for maybe a healing potion.
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Yes. Actions will vary depending on CR, but Esmeray is tactile with those close to her. Flirting, crushes, etc - it's all welcome on my end!
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Let's talk. She understands violence is necessary sometimes, but tries to see it as a last resort. A battlefield medic, she has been trained for combat and has both offensive/defensive spells. Her weapon of choice is a mace.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: She has a psychic wound that will never heal, following the time she was trapped in the Shadowfell. She has no mental defenses, a headstrong nature aside, so feel free to read from her what makes sense to.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: The daughter of an air genasi, she has innate magic tied to the element and some resistance to lightning. Her cleric domain is twilight, a liminal power that straddles the line between light and dark, forsaking neither.

BACKTAGGING: Yes, I can be slow at times; so long as there's momentum and interest from both parties, I will backtag into forever no matter how long it's been. Nudge me if you need/would like anything boomeranged, though — I'd be happy to do so!

AURAL: Something akin to a faint Turkish accent, if looking for an irl approximation, but still distinct bc fantasy world
